Dr. Mahroo' Vision

Sleep – a sanctuary of rest, a nightly voyage to rejuvenation, and a cornerstone of health – occupies a third of our human journey. Yet, for many, this peaceful realm remains elusive. Obstructive sleep apnea, a stealthy marauder of slumber, not only fragments the architecture of our sleep but casts long shadows on our waking life, contributing to a spectrum of health challenges from obesity and hypertension to diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. This pervasive condition, often undetected, weaves its web across various bodily systems – from the intricate pathways of the head and neck to the expansive terrain of the lungs and the musculoskeletal framework.

Sleep itself is an intricate tapestry woven from the threads of non-rapid eye movement (NREM) and rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, each strand vital to the whole. Within the quietude of NREM, we traverse four stages while the REM cycle cradles our dreams and cements memories. To awaken truly refreshed – with vitality coursing and energy renewed – one must dance through these cycles with grace, especially the REM, the silent composer of our nocturnal symphony.

Dr. Mahroo' Mission

As a hospital-trained dentist with a deep understanding of sleep apnea’s complexities, my vision is to forge a haven for those besieged by this condition. I aim to be the architect of restful nights and the harbinger of sweet dreams. My mission is to champion a comprehensive, integrative approach, rallying the collective expertise of medical specialists – from general practitioners and ENTs to pulmonologists – and embracing the wisdom of allied health professionals like chiropractors, my of functional therapists, and nutritionists. Together, we will orchestrate a symphony of interventions to alleviate the symptoms of sleep apnea.

My commitment is to the art and science of sleep, to elevate the quality of each breath, the depth of each slumber, and the body’s innate capacity for healing. Let us rekindle the possibility of nights filled with peace and mornings brimming with promise – to dream once more, sweet dreams cradled in the embrace of restorative sleep.

I’ve been a patient here for over two years now , not only did I get my all on four procedure done at Global Impact Dentistry, I continue to do all my follow up cleanings and exams with them as well. The staff is welcoming and friendly but also very professional. Coming there really seems to be like visiting a friends house, we have a lot of casual interactions which involve talking about our personal lives and joking around in one way or another. When it’s time for my appointment to start, they are very straight forward and professional and also do not seem to be bothered by my endless questions and answer each one of my concerns plainly as to alleviate any trepidation I may have. Lastly, the front office staff is exceptional at their jobs. Welcoming and warm, funny and entertaining. They’ll easily calm any fears you may be experiencing due to the fact you’re visiting a dental center and it can be nerve wracking. Sanela and Francis work extremely well together and form of the best tandems I’ve had the privilege to interact with. I would highly recommend Global Impact Dentistry to anyone looking into getting any dental work done. Thank you again to Dr. Joshi, Eric, Victor, Sanela and Francis. You guys are the best!

Global Implant Dentistry has been nothing but fabulous! I’ve had issues with my teeth and losing bone which led to loose and extraction of several teeth over the years. After seeing many dentists and consultations, I thought I was on a path of restoration of the lose teeth. However, I met Dr Noh and he guided me in a path that I would never have imagined. He introduced me to Global Implant and Dr Joshi. Just after meeting and speaking with Dr Joshi about my issues and his recommendation of doing the all-on-fours, I knew this was the place and time to do so. I cannot express how happy I am with the outcome and how everything turned out! The team at Global was kind, warm and very supportive. I highly recommend them for all of your dental needs!

What a wonderful place! Every single staff member was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Dr Joshi really took the time to educate me on exactly what’s going on with my teeth. He also educated me on how important preventative care is for the future of my dental health, and got me started on the right path so that I can better take care of my teeth. Would definitely recommend coming to Global Implant Dentistry! Thank you Dr Joshi and staff, y’all rock!

What a great team of people at Global Implant Dentistry. Actually, Family is a better word than team. I have so much to say, however I’ll condense it like Campbells for your sanity. From the moment I walked in, until the moment I left, I was truly treated like family. The atmosphere is fun and positive, yet very professional as well. I couldn’t believe how expeditious and thorough the FREE consultation process. YES I SAID FREE! I will follow up with my next review after I go in to discuss a few different plans the team has put together for me. CONCLUSION: IF YOU’RE PONDERING FIXING THAT SMILE, I fully vouch for GLOBAL IMPLANT DENTISTRY. Thanks to each and everyone of you for a memorable visit, and the start to a great smile!!! You’re all ROCKTARS !!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️❤️❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
